This course aims to provide a comprehensive toolkit for personal growth, self-healing, and expanding consciousness.

The course also includes asana practice and meditation techniques to deepen the connection with the subtle body.

What is Yoga Nidra, and how does it benefit practitioners?

Yoga Nidra, also known as "yogic sleep," is a deeply relaxing and guided meditation practice that induces a state of conscious sleep. It allows practitioners to access deep levels of relaxation, release stress, and connect with their subconscious mind. Yoga Nidra promotes restful sleep, reduces anxiety, improves focus, and enhances overall well-being.

How do Pranayama and Psychedelic Breathwork contribute to the course?
