Recover - Week One

This phase is all about cleaning up your diet and lifestyle in order to prepare for an effective cleanse. During the preparation days, you will want to eliminate (or at least dramatically reduce) your use of coffee, caffeine, tobacco products, alcohol, and any recreational drugs. At the same time, you will be reducing your intake of fast foods, processed foods, meat, refined sugars, and sweets.

Detox - Week Two

This is the heart of the cleanse. During this time, you will be eating a monodiet of very simple, cleansing foods such as kitchari. The nutrition is substantive enough that you can maintain your essential responsibilities, but it simultaneously resets the digestive system, supports the elimination of toxins, and balances vata, pitta, and kapha.

Rebuild Week Three


After you complete the active cleansing phase, your body will still be processing the toxins that were stirred into circulation, and your digestive system will have become accustomed to very clean nutrition and will be somewhat sensitive to overly stimulating or processed foods. Therefore, a slow transition back into your normal routine and a more diverse diet is critically important. This week you’ll eat primarily simple, whole foods, diversifying your menu very gradually.

WILL I BE HUNGRY?

This nutrition program is designed to sustain your energy, therefore feeling hungry is not desirable. That said, since you'll decrease sugar and prcessed foods, cravings will be a part of the process. We'll utilize mindful tools to help you move past those diffcult moments and learn to see them as teachings.

DO I HAVE TO START WITH THE GROUP?

No! You can start at your own time. We suggest starting with the group becuase it adds consistency and accountability, lessening the chance to pull of yourself out of the program and finish feeling accomplished and renewed.

**CAN I EXERCISE OR PRACTICE YOGA WHILE ON THE PROGRAM

We recommend walking, light jogging and/or yoga mixing the modalities depending on your energy. However, if you don't actively exercise currently don't sart a demanding regimen, stick with what you already do or try Yin yoga classes while on the program.
