Metta Meditation
Discovering our capacity for loving-kindness. In metta meditation, we direct loving-kindness towards somebody we love already and then, in a sequence of expansion, toward ourselves. Towards somebody we are neutral. Somebody we have difficulty with. And ultimately toward all beings everywhere without distinction.

Begin by setting technology in do not disturb mode and taking a comfortable sit.
