Your Cosmic Forecast Nov 7-20
Scorpio season is feeling pretty Scorpionic now isn’t it?
With Mercury having just joined the Sun and Mars, our actions and thoughts are heading into seriously subterranean waters.
We’re being ushered to confront the emotional implications of whatever realizations the last few weeks have brought us.
Venus just entered Capricorn where she’ll stay and get cozy for the next 4 months, toeing the beginnings of essential relational restructuring and realigning we’ll be busy with this winter.
Also, eclipse season is right around the corner! This is bound to be an interesting one as it marks the beginning of eclipses on the Taurus/Scorpio axis where they’ll occur for the next two years, and finishes up the last round of eclipses on the Gemini/Sagittarius axis we’ve been having for the last year and a half.
These next two weeks contain some pivotal action points and opportunities, after which it will be time to once again slow down and lay low for the duration of eclipses.

Wednesday, November 10th
Mercury in Scorpio conjoins Mars and squares Saturn. Mars in Scorpio also squares Saturn. Words can cut like knives today, and can have a particularly punishing quality to them. Today is bound to feel difficult, with obstacles and disappointments a-plenty. Try to move as slowly and deliberately as you can, and surrender to what tries to slow you down. There’s probably a good reason for it.
Friday, November 12th
Sun in Scorpio trines retrograde Neptune in Pisces. Today can feel dreamy and soft and encourage all sorts of romantic meanderings. It is Venus day after all. Tap into your creativity, make art, make love, lose yourself to music, and let your feelings wander. Try to leave the cut and dry tasks for another day. Today is perfect for letting the lines blur.
Saturday, November 13th
Mercury in Scorpio opposes Uranus in Taurus. A day for spurious and sudden downloads and bursts of clarity regarding something you started thinking about back on the new moon the week prior. New information is being revealed that may potentially re-direct your course. Follow it.
Monday, November 15th
Venus in Capricorn squares Chiron in Aries. Sun in Scorpio squares Jupiter in Aquarius. Hope and desire aren’t all rose-hued and glimmery-eyed. Conflict is a necessary growth edge in relationship, just as doom and gloom shape our hope into something pragmatic and substantial. Today, notice the ways pain informs your pleasure and deepens your experience of it. Consider the dark places that stretch your capacity to imagine brighter futures. We need the contours of melancholy and delight, of grief and ecstasy. Anything purely saccharine is a cheap substitute that doesn’t last.
Tuesday, November 16th
Sun in Scorpio sextiles Pluto in Capricorn. Today is ripe with passion and intensity. We’re being invited to examine something more closely, and to read in between the lines. It may be tempting to let our subversive side run wild. Consider which parts of you are being prompted to transform now.
Wednesday, November 17th
Mars in Scorpio opposes Uranus in Taurus. Take your time and don’t rush through things today. This is an aspect that can indicate accidents if we don’t proceed with caution and let our recklessness get the best of us. Remember to move slow.
Thursday, November 18th
Mercury in Scorpio trines retrograde Neptune in Pisces. Today can be tricky to say what we mean. Or to get swept away in our feelings. It can be a wonderful time for journaling, writing poetry, and getting heartfelt and creative with our language. Try to speak to what’s arising inside you today.
Friday, November 19th
Venus in Capricorn trines Uranus in Taurus. Full moon (eclipse) in Taurus. This is the first eclipse that ushers in a new series of eclipses that will take place on the Taurus/Scorpio axis for the next two years. Venus who rules this full moon, gets a jolt of surprise from Uranus, making this full moon eclipse a bit of a wild card. Remember, take it easy. Lay your intention setting to rest at this time. The energy swirling around is too chaotic for manifesting anything stable.
Saturday, November 20th
Mercury in Scorpio squares Jupiter in Aquarius. Today we’re coming up against some limits to our praxis. It may be tricky to see the purpose behind what we’re doing, and instead be preoccupied with why it’s not likely to work out. Trust that there is more possibility on the horizon than you can see at this time.
