6-Week Intensive, Drill & Practice Program designed to gain strength & learn the technique to lift our bodies into flight. We will break down the anatomy of inversions and give you skills and drills to build the strength and stability to take flight.
We'll meet one day a week, learn about anatomy, and practice drills together, you'll take home daily drills to practice on your own 5x. This program builds up and is cumulative.
Not only is this program designed to get your bum lifted but the result of the training is a stronger core and less back pain. You will be amazed at how fast you progress into postures and movements once thought impossible.
